Domaine William Fèvre is among the most celebrated houses in the Chablis region of Burgundy. Created by the man that bears the vineyard’s name in 1957, and operated Monsieur Fèvre until his retirement in 1998, the house is now under the ownership of the champagne manufacturer Joseph Henriot. Beginning with a mere 7 hectares of growing space, Domaine William Fèvre is now substantially larger – and an international affair, with a second base in the Santiago region. Today, Didier Séguier manages the wine production of Domaine William Fèvre, painstakingly harvesting grapes by hand and utilising only the very finest of available ingredients.
